FIRST, we talk to the right people and ask the pertinent questions. It's inefficient to ask political questions of people who do not vote.
SECOND, we know how to ask the right questions. There are many ways to measure responses. Very little in life is black and white, hot or cold, yes or no. Our work is always a "snapshot" in time. We make sure we focus on the right object.
THIRD, when all is said and done and the computers have crunched the numbers and completed the cross tabs, you will still have to know what it really means-and that's where our experience comes in. We've taken enough snapshots that we can spot the "odd ball" results and know what they mean for our clients.
